Thanks to the dedication of many parents, educators and community members, we are proud to announce that as of September 2006, the Los Feliz Charter School for the Arts is up and running. Over the past year, our school received its charter approval from the Los Angeles Unified School District, our educators helped us assemble an inspiring teaching staff with an award-winning principal, and the application process resulted in a wonderful group of students and committed families. The Los Feliz Charter School for the Arts, as we envisioned it, will now truly serve as an alternative public educational option.
